Whether working in the Midwest or in the Rockies, MacDonald and Comapany follows the same guiding principles. We utilize a unique team approach to the design of single family homes by collaborating on all of our projects with only the most qualified builders in each region. Each of the participants must be fully engaged throughout the building process to ensure that the homes are built with integrity, and to the highest standards of quality and efficiency.

Mr. MacDonald is a former Colorado resident who remains actively connected to the region through family ties and an expanding catalogue of work. Though his primary residential design practice is located in Minnesota, MacDonald and Company maintains a satellite office in Glenwood Springs Colorado, close to both Aspen and Vail. In addition to the Mountain Living Dream Home, MacDonald and Company is currently completing the design for a new home in Montana’s Yellowstone Club.
